Overview

ChameleonSwap awards points for your own swaps and for your invitees’ activity. Points are distributed weekly, and KOL (Ambassador) status adds multipliers to referral bonuses plus separate revenue share.

How Points Work

Earning Points

Points accrue automatically from two sources:
  • Own swaps – base points proportional to your weekly USD volume.
  • Referrals – inviter and invitee bonuses driven by invitee volume and KOL status.

Trading period

We aggregate all swaps in the week (Monday–Sunday, UTC).

Volume calculation

We sum notionalUsd per address (own volume) and referral volume for inviters.

Point allocation

We grant points for own volume and add referral bonuses:
  • Inviter bonus based on invitee volume; KOLs get tier multipliers.
  • Invitee bonus = 20% boost, or 30% when the inviter is a KOL.
  • Referral points are added to the total in the weekly distribution.

Distribution

Points appear on the Points page after the weekly distribution completes.
No manual action is needed—distribution runs automatically after the weekly period ends.

Viewing Your Points

You can view your points in several ways:

Points Widget

Check the points widget in the navigation bar (top right) when your wallet is connected.

Points Page

Visit the Points page for detailed information about your points, rank, and league.
The Points page shows:
  • Total Points - Your cumulative points from all distributions
  • Rank - Your position on the leaderboard
  • League - Your current league tier
  • Total Value (USD) - Your total trading volume in USD
  • Referral Bonuses - Points earned from referrals (if applicable)

Leagues

Leagues are achievement tiers based on your total points. As you earn more points, you’ll advance through the leagues.

League Tiers

Bronze league badge

Requirement: 0+ points

Starting league for all users. Everyone begins here and can start earning points immediately.

Silver league badge

Requirement: 1,000+ points

Reach Silver by accumulating 1,000 points through trading. This shows consistent trading activity.

Gold league badge

Requirement: 10,000+ points

Achieve Gold status with 10,000 points. This demonstrates significant trading volume and commitment.

Platinum league badge

Requirement: 50,000+ points

Reach Platinum with 50,000 points. You’re now among the top traders on the platform.

Diamond league badge

Requirement: 100,000+ points

Diamond league requires 100,000 points. This is reserved for the most active traders.

Master league badge

Requirement: 500,000+ points

The highest tier - Master league. Achieve 500,000 points to join the elite group of top traders.

Advancing Leagues

Earn Points

Make swaps to earn points. Every swap contributes to your total points balance.

Track Progress

Check your current league and points on the Points page. You’ll see how many points you need for the next league.

Automatic Advancement

When you reach the point threshold for the next league, you’ll automatically advance. No action required!
League advancement happens automatically when you cross the threshold. Your league is updated in real-time as points are distributed.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard ranks all traders based on their total points. Compete with other users to reach the top!

How the Leaderboard Works

Traders are ranked by:
  1. Total Points - Cumulative points from all weekly distributions
  2. Tie-breaker - If points are equal, ranking may consider total USD volume
The leaderboard shows the top 10 traders on the platform:
  • Rank number (1-10)
  • Wallet address (shortened)
  • Total points
  • Total USD volume
Your rank is displayed prominently on the Points page:
  • Shows your position if you’re in the top rankings
  • Updates automatically as rankings change
  • Includes your total points and USD volume

Leaderboard Features

The leaderboard displays:
  • Rank - Position number (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)
  • Address - Wallet address (shortened for privacy)
  • Points - Total cumulative points
  • Total Value (USD) - Total trading volume in USD
The leaderboard updates after each weekly distribution. Rankings may change as new points are distributed.

Referral Bonuses

Referral bonuses increase your weekly points. The rules differ for inviters and invitees.

Bonus types

Inviter Bonus

Earned by inviters from weekly USD volume of their invitees. If the inviter is a KOL, the bonus is multiplied by the KOL tier.

Invitee Bonus

Earned by invitees as a boost to their own points: 20% standard or 30% when the code came from a KOL (visible via the 30% banner).

Generate or set custom code

After 1,000 USD volume, generate a code or set a custom code. See the Referrals guide.

Share and claim

Users claim your code; the input hides, inviter address shows, and the 20% / 30% (KOL) banner appears.

Weekly calculation

The system totals invitee volume, calculates inviter bonus (with KOL multiplier when applicable), and invitee bonus (20% or 30%).

Distribution

All referral bonuses are added to points in the weekly distribution and shown on the Points page.

KOL tiers and multipliers

  • Tier 1 (0–100k USD) → 1.3× referral points, 15% revenue share
  • Tier 2 (100–200k USD) → 1.4× referral points, 30% revenue share
  • Tier 3 (200k+ USD) → 1.5× referral points, 50% revenue share
    KOL status is shown as Ambassador; their invitees see the 30% banner.

Revenue share for KOLs

  • Calculated weekly from referral volume and tier.
  • Each week writes a separate record (previous weeks are not overwritten).
  • Revenue share accrues alongside points—no extra action in the app.

Understanding Your Points Data

Points Breakdown

The Points page provides detailed information:
Your cumulative points from all sources:
  • Base points from your own swaps
  • Inviter bonus points (from referrals)
  • Invitee bonus points (if you were referred)
Your total trading volume in USD across all swaps. This is the basis for point calculations.
Your current position on the leaderboard. Lower numbers are better (1st place is rank #1).
Your current league tier based on total points. Hover over the info icon to see all league requirements.

Points History

While individual swap points aren’t displayed in real-time, you can track:
  • Weekly point distributions (through your total balance)
  • Cumulative progress toward next league
  • Ranking changes over time

Tips for Earning More Points

Trade Regularly

Consistent trading throughout the week increases your share of the weekly distribution pool.

Higher Volume

Larger swap volumes result in more points. Your share is proportional to your USD volume.

Invite Friends

Build a referral network to earn bonus points from your invitees’ trading activity.

Stay Active

Regular trading helps maintain your rank and league position. Don’t let your points stagnate!
